Invisalign® can correct crowded teeth, gaps, crossbites, overbites, underbites and teeth that have shifted over time, including after braces. For best results, aligners are worn about 20 to 22 hours a day. Treatment time depends on your case; you will receive an estimate at your consultation.

Every smile is different, so the cost of Invisalign® depends on your case. At your free consultation, Dr. Benmergui reviews your iTero® scan and gives you a clear, upfront quote, with no surprises.
Bal Harbour Smiles is a fee-for-service practice, and we offer in-office payment plans so you can spread the cost of your treatment over time. If you have a PPO plan with orthodontic coverage, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits.

How much does Invisalign® cost in Miami?
The cost depends on how much your teeth need to move and how many aligners you need. You will receive a clear, upfront quote at your free consultation, after your iTero® scan.
Do you offer payment plans for Invisalign®?
Yes. We offer in-office payment plans so you can spread the cost of treatment over time. We will go over the options with you at your consultation. You can also estimate your monthly payment with Cherry.
Does insurance cover Invisalign®?
We are a fee-for-service practice. If your PPO plan includes orthodontic coverage, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits. Call us at (305) 865-0453 and we will help you understand your options.
How long does Invisalign® take?
It depends on your case. Wearing your aligners 20 to 22 hours a day keeps treatment on schedule. You will receive a time estimate at your consultation.
Am I too old for Invisalign®?
No. Many of our Invisalign® patients are adults. As long as your teeth and gums are healthy, age is not a barrier.
Does Invisalign® hurt?
You may feel some pressure for a day or two when you switch to a new set of aligners. It is a sign they are working and usually fades quickly.
Can I eat with Invisalign®?
Remove your aligners to eat and to drink anything other than water, then brush your teeth before putting them back in.
Is Invisalign® better than braces?
For many adults with mild to moderate crowding, gaps or bite issues, Invisalign® is a discreet and comfortable alternative. Dr. Benmergui will tell you at your consultation whether it is the right choice for your case.
Do you treat Invisalign® patients from Miami Beach, Aventura and Miami?
Yes. Our office is at 260 95th St, Suite 202, in Surfside, and we welcome Invisalign® patients from Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, Aventura and the greater Miami area. Most of your treatment happens at home, with only short progress visits.
